New Membership Payment Options
The Mattress Factory’s new Membership Program offers two convenient payment options: Automatic Monthly Payments, and Yearly Auto-Renewals.
AUTOMATIC MONTHLY PAYMENTS
For the convenience of your wallet, we have added Automatic Monthly Payments as a NEW benefit for Insider, Factory 500 and Patron Memberships. If you opt for Automatic Monthly Payments, you’ll also enjoy the convenience of Yearly Auto-Renewals. To take advantage of this benefit, please purchase your membership by calling our Membership Department at 412.231.3169. Please note that this payment option is not yet available when purchasing a membership online or on-site at the museum.
How do Automatic Monthly Payments work?
Under our Automatic Monthly Renewal option, you will receive a confirmation email of your first payment, in addition to your mailed membership package. Each month thereafter, we will charge you on the same day as your initial payment (For example: If you make your first payment on April 10, your next payment will be May 10). Each month, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your recent automatic monthly payment.
The Mattress Factory has also introduced Yearly Auto-Renewals as an added benefit for ALL membership levels. Simply enroll by checking the box on your membership brochure when purchasing at the museum, or call the Membership Department at 412.231.3169 so you never miss a minute, or entire exhibition, at the Mattress Factory again! Please note that this payment option is not yet available when purchasing a membership online.
How do Yearly Auto-Renewals work?
During the last month of your membership, you will receive a courtesy email reminder that your membership will automatically renew at the end of the month. You will also receive an email confirming the renewal transaction, and your renewed membership package will be mailed to you within two weeks. If you would like to opt out of Yearly Auto-Renewals, please contact the Membership Department at 412.231.3169 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if my information changes?
If your credit/debit card expires, or your billing address changes during your membership year, please contact the Membership Department at 412.231.3169 or email@example.com to update your information.
